Cat Body Language 101
Our cats are constantly trying to talk to us—even if we are not always sure what they are saying. What does it mean, for instance, when a cat wags its tail? What about when a cat arches its back? When a cat jumps at a person’s ankle, is it real aggression or pretend aggression? If a cat rolls over and exposes its belly, does it want to be petted? The answers to these questions aren’t necessarily as clear-cut as you might think. If you notice any significant changes in your cat’s behavior, it may be time to schedule an appointment at a vet clinic in Saratoga or Campbell. In this video, Animal Planet’s Jackson Galaxy reveals how to understand a cat’s body language.
